Performance Parts must receive full payment for the whole of the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. You will need to allow 4 working days if paying by cheque for cheque clearance and then Performance Parts will contact you by email or telephone to confirm order acceptance and give an estimated delivery date. However if using Paypal as soon as Performance Parts have received confirmation of payment we will despatch the goods to you.

Any cancellation must be made (by email) within 24 hours of the original order otherwise any cancellation charges incurred by Performance Parts from the manufacturer will be passed on to you.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you supply to Performance Parts at the time of your order.

If the goods delivered to you are not what you ordered or the delivery is of the incorrect quantity, Performance Parts shall have no liability to you unless you notify Performance Parts in writing or by email within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If the goods you ordered have not been received by you within 20 working days of the date on which your order was accepted by Performance Parts, then unless a longer delivery date was specified to you at the time of order acceptance, Performance Parts shall have no liability to you unless you notify Performance Parts in writing or by email within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify Performance Parts under this condition, then Performance Parts' only obligation to you will be either to ask the manufacturer to make good any shortage or non delivery or to request the manufacturer refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned to Performance Parts within 5 days to enable Performance Parts to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. It is then up to the manufacturer's discretion to make a refund or replacement.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts
If a standard part is ordered incorrectly, then Performance Parts do not accept any liability for any return/restocking charges made to you by the manufacturer. Special order items may not be returned unless specifically agreed with the manufacturer.

All goods supplied are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's specification or warranty unless otherwise stated.
